As part of the International Code Council’s (ICC) digital transformation agenda, the 2024 International Codes (I-Codes) have undergone significant formatting modifications aimed at enhancing user experience. A cleaner, more contemporary appearance is promoted, and readability and sustainability are improved. The modifications include:
* Modern font styles and a single column text format increase readability
* To more precisely identify code changes, QR codes take the role of vertical margin sidebars and arrows.
* Table header and note shading makes it easier to find tables and relevant notes.
