We offer a 15-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unopened, unused, and in its original condition.
- Packed in the original box (if available) and shipped back to the return address provided via email.
Important Notes:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we fail to meet our Speedy ($6.99) or Lightning Fast ($12.99) delivery commitments. In such cases, we will refund the shipping fee.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns are processed once the item is received and inspected by our team, and refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2-3 business days.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, or if the item does not match your order, you are eligible for an exchange. Contact customer service within 15 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.
Exchange Process:
- You will be required to pack and ship the item back to us via USPS using the original packaging, if available.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will ship out a replacement at no extra cost.
Bulk Orders
For bulk orders, exchanges are only available if the product arrives damaged. We will only replace the quantity that was damaged during delivery, not the entire order.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item that is counterfeit or does not match our listed product cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
